Developed a very profitable sales & after-sales network (44.5% EBIDT profit margin, triple the sector average). Broke even in under 6 months. Implemented successfully BTL activities (shop-in-shop layouts, customer surveys, and in-store seminars). Deployed a fully computerized POS and warehouse application.
