At FOXEYE, I turned a small development shop specialized in Front Arena into a global consultancy respected for it’s front office expertise with clients in North America, Europe and Asia. In 2013, FOXEYE became a part of REEA to expand the firm's financial services practice to offer scalable technology solutions to financial institutions.

At IFS, I built and executed the business plan to create a new, hosted, cross-asset, multi-strategy platform for pre-trade analysis, trade / deal capture, portfolio analytics, securities / derivatives pricing, and desk-level risk management on top of Murex and SunGard Front Arena optimized for hedge funds - Resulted in the first front office service for hedge funds, now available in similar forms with other administrators and software vendors.

During my assignment at Capco I participated as a core team member in defining, planning and executing Capco’s reference data strategy including technology solutions and business process outsourcing services. As part of this I managed the double-digit million USD acquisition and post merger integration for Iverson Financial Systems, Inc., which fundamentally formed Capco Reference Data Services.

GoldenSource is the leading provider of enterprise data management solutions to the financial services industry. At GoldenSource, I managed the transformation of all Cobol based software to modern technologies for leading software packages for transaction warehousing, reference data management, position aggregation, portfolio accounting, investment management and position management. During this period I directed day-to-day operations for a global distributed and culturally diverse 100+ staff.

During my first job and while still in school, I brought a highly endangered software project for a centralized retail management and distributed point of sale solution life (300+ branch offices are still using the software) under control and delivered it successfully to the client (Quelle AG). Afterwards I lead the development (6 people) for a retail management software named WinCash (point of sale, inventory management and claim/return management), now used by Vodafone, T-Mobile and many more worldwide
