Driving the success of Eaton’s 3rd Party Distribution Center in Rheinbach, Germany (~30k sqm WH space including considerable automation and a yearly turnover of ~$1,3 billion). One direct report and indirect responsibility for a 3rd party Log. WH with ~150 employees. Following Eaton's decision to run the distribution center in-house in the meantime part of a project team preparing and organizing the transition of the operational processes and the IT infrastructure from the former 3PL partner to Eaton.

Key role in a big Distribution Center Consolidation project for the Northeast, Central East and Western Europe region with responsibility for Order Management and Process Design Workstreams. Coordination lead between Country Sales Organizations and Customer Care/Order Management, Supply Chain, Distribution Logistics, Material Planning and IT.

Head of Customer Service Center and Order Management teams located in Bonn and Achern, Germany with 11 direct reports and 52 2nd level reports. Led the commercial customer support for the German Sales Organization as well as the EU and Export business within Eaton's Electrical Sector and goods distributed via the Meckenheim Distribution Center. Businesses supported with revenue streams of ~$1,2 billion (out of which ~$330 million directly related to German Country Sales volume).

Led the Order Management and Trade Compliance Team in EATON’s DC in Meckenheim. Direct responsibility for >20 employees and >5 functional reporting lines across EMEA. Ensured that Order Management and export processes processes (incl. customs clearing for import/export, declaration of commercial/preferential origin, documentation for external audits and POD within the EU) did comply with the applicable laws.

Led the SCM Order Management (supporting EATONs Domestic, EU + Export Country Sales Organization's) and the local Export Transport Disposition Team.

Sales/Customer Sales support for ultrafine (spring) wires, for prestressing steel and special steel wires in D-A-CH region.
