Responsibility: Global P&L for laser components in the OSRAM group with ~ €100m revenue in automotive lighting and sensing, consumer electronics and industrial applications Results: - Achieved a 6x time revenue growth to ~100 M€ over cum 6 years for Laser components. Established rugged and profitable revenue streams from multiple industries, applications and regions driven by a healthy customer mix.

Responsibilities: - Head of Business Subsegmen - Global profit and loss (P&L) and End-to-End (E2E) Business Development including Product Development, Product Marketing, Application Engineering, Business Strategy, Subcon Management, NPI, Ramp-up management as direct reports Major Result: - Delivered CAGR > 55% over a period of three years enabling first time financially sustainable operation
