  Leader of the global finance organization for a multinational group with a turnover of € 1.5 billion. Restructured the global finance organization. Reduced global headcount from 120 to 100. Facilitated improved expense understanding and ownership, supporting a €160m strategic cost saving program. Led the design and implementation of a ERP solution for the small and mid-sized entities in the group. Rolled out to 11 entities during a 15-month period.
