Accountable for the IT implementation and IT deployment of the global SAP template for the Power Sector. Leading a team of 7 direct reports with more than 100 employees. Managing a budget of 9 M€ for development/deployment and 20 M€ for support. Currently the template is live with more than 22000 user in 30 countries.

• Manage the overall IS/IT budget of the group. Set up a robust financial process to collect and to report the quarterly IS/IT cost. Identify cost saving potentials and control and manage all IS projects inside the group • Build up a new centralized IS organization. Development of the right IS skills in the organization. Move of existing resources to the new organization and ensure a smooth transition of the employees and the work currently fulfilled by them.

Manage the integration services across the multiple Solution teams within the Agilent IT Solutions organization. Integration services include: processes, tools, measures, knowledge management, benchmarking, project management, regulatory services (e.g. SOX)

WW support manager for all of Agilent’s business applications. Manage WW Program Managers and Regional Managers located in A/P, US and Europe. More than 400 employees with a overall budget responsibility of 35 M$.

• Manager for the first and second level business application support for Agilent’s European geography (France, Italy, UK, and Germany). Manage all support departments for GIAS within Europe. • Lead all application development activities for Europe and World Wide for applications noted out of GLAS.

Manage a development and support team for World Wide business applications in the area of customs, logistics, tax&trade.

Managed the deployment of a Product Data Management solution based on HP WorkManager for various companies like Pirelli, Liebherr, Duerr, Daimler, Siemens and Bosch.

European lead for the rollout of the HP standard Product Data Management system in all Business R&D and manufacturing departments in Europe.

Responsible for software development in the area of computer based manufacturing for the metal shop in Boeblingen.
