Responsible of ERP system continuous improvement, third-party application integration and reporting. It is my duty to ensure our IT systems correctly back up the production and supply chain areas, that the information we get is relevant and accurate, and that third party integration is aligned with internal IT policies and corporate regulation. Power user for our ERP (Infor LN) and SQL database administrator.

Besides making sure that our Supply Chain operations keep in line with the company standards, I carried out the responsibility of contributing to our business plan, helping the upper management decide on the strategic direction of the company. In this role, I accomplished major improvements such as reducing lead time, increasing inventory accuracy and achieving a significant increase in productivity.

Being a brand new plant, it was my responsibility to standardize the process of production planning and all its peripherals, as well as making sure that we maximized our production output making the best use of our capacity and demand-driven planning.

After thoroughly understanding the needs of our production, I was part of the team that designed, planned and effectively built a new production plant to satisfy the demand in the Americas. After careful consideration, we decided to start producing in Mexico, where we've been successfully operating since 2012.
