As the New Business Manager I was taking care of developing our business with new clients in Europe (with main focus on the German market). Coordinating and overseeing new and existing projects were also tasks of mine as well as advising and being the POC for my customers.
During my time at Groupon I have been responsible of reviewing and rating our employees performances and to provide advice for quality improvements. Additionally I was reviewing internal processes and guidelines in order to enhance them.
Negotiating existing and new contracts, calculating rates and fees in order to ensure our clients satisfaction and to retain at risk merchants. CAM as a part of the BD, required also being able analyzing how our customers are performing on the market and providing them with the necessary extend their business. Within the team, I was also responsible to provide new team members with additional training's, implementing new processes to CS to simplify the structures of responsibility and improve efficiency.
