Management and development of internal custom ERP solution built with MS SQL and .NET tools, project planning for new products and services, and both hands-on and oversight of all internal IT resources, including ERP, supplier IT, CRM, custom PC-based and integrated software driving various DNA/RNA synthesizers, chromatographs, spectrographs and smart cold-storage systems. Our office is a combination of Deutsch/English.

Recruited by my former President of Astound, I acted as the EU extension of FFC's core business, advising clients on a wide variety of eComm topics (platform decisions, payment providers, software development, omni-channel, market entry strategies and planning, due diligence for merger/acquisition, site experience / funnels evaulation, analytics, etc.), as well as providing internal work for account development activities.

Primary client account manager, project manager for multiple big-name eComm customers (Puma, Lacoste), programme manager for multiple project managers of high-end fashion eComm customers (Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Tamaris, and others) and manager of an offshore team of 70+ developers and QA staff.

Leading the technology team to develop a first-class product set built on scalable infrastructure, I managed everything from the requirements input to the outgoing deployments, hardware/software choices, deployment between own and AWS platforms, integration into third-party and partner platforms, staff development and training, and cleanup of prior tech stack.

With LiveScore, I was responsible for managing all new development and maintenance, as well as establishing company operations from the ground up with a new HQ in Czech Republic.

I managed .NET, ASP and database professionals, responsible for the Dealer Management System. I taught the support and product management teams how to prioritize their incoming issues for handling, performed instruction for prod mgt on creating software specifications, taught my own team proper analysis and time estimation for deliverables, and broken the cycle of fire-fighting in which the company had been stuck.

On-site management of Web Design operations in Sofia, Bulgaria on short notice. Managed staff of various levels of English fluency responsible for custom web design projects (running up to 200 concurrent projects at any given time). Curbed efficiency losses, designed new compensation plan for offshore employees, mapped payroll process, handled customer escalations. Supervised acquisition of WebImage operations into Aplus.net in six weeks, handled sunset of Sofia operations.

Managed staff handling custom ERP system, including website, logistics/fulfillment, call center sales, product management/ordering, catalog creation. Served as DBA of 10 MS SQL 2000 production servers (24/7 production, reporting, and browse servers). All hiring, dismissal, employee review, salary review, project management, metrics analysis, while maintaining a 95% employee retention rate. Audited company for PCI compliance, software security, disaster planning.

Managed technical direction of the RAD product lines (feature sets and delivery schedule for Delphi/Kylix/C++Builder, overall revenue stream approx. $115M), supervising technical content of the RAD business unit and corporate marketing deliveries, including all launch materials.

Created infrastructure software for website and Electronic Reservation Book (ERB) found in client restaurants (still in use as of Dec 2008). Produced remote administration application for management of all restaurants and deployment of all software updates via encrypted socket connection, including patching all services and database engine. This system reduced maintenance team hours by 65% and later won “Best Use of Windows Technologies” award from Microsoft corporation (2001).

Directed a six-person team handling user interface and database management with a response time measurement product (ResponseWeb), as well as managing the construction of test libraries and the design of a scalable API for creating custom tests the system could perform and report on. Served as the primary technical contact for clients, providing SE-style assistance. Company acquired by HP for integration into their "Open" network monitoring package in 1999.

Produced custom software and training to client demand. Company acquired by Ciber in 1997.
