- KDI is a provider of SaaS, Digital Twin, and advanced digital solutions to customers within maritime, oil & gas, renewables & utilities. - Part of Kognifai Partnership Team, managing strategic 3rd party partners delivering SaaS-application services onto Kongsberg’s Kognifai cloud. - Specifically managed partnerships with strategic international OEMs. Handled negotiations, operational follow-up for commercial, technical, and cyber security.

- Inviso is Norway's leading agency platform, providing digital production and marketing services towards the real estate market, engaging +170 freelance photographers, drone pilots and interior designers. - With a new assigned management team, increased revenue with 22% from 109M to 133M NOK, EBIT growth with 45% and improved 12 month avg. marked share with 10% (reaching +36% market share) - Inviso is part of the EXP Group / Nordic Impact.

- Managing agile team across Opera’s functional unites to accelerate digital user growth and online monetization in western Europe and USA. - Building new sales unit targeting tier-1 global Internet brands. Within 3 years generated annual recurrent revenues of USD +12M. - Holding a sales budget from Opera browser of USD 50-55M. - Built up distribution network for user growth, enabling Desktop browser to grow its user base from 37M to 60M monthly active users.

- Nordic venture company delivering targeted marketing and value added communication services via mobile. - Responsible to merge and run 4 leading mobile service companies in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway) into one branded company (50 employees) owned by Telenor and founders. - Delivered +50% revenue growth in first operational year (2009).

- Responsible for launching and managing the Group’s partnership sales business in all European newspaper divisions: Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Norway. - Managed a cross-country sales team across 5 countries, handling commission based sales with selected regional consumer brands. - Built up a new annual operating revenue stream of Euro 24M.

- Leading the business unit’s restructuring work as operating chairman within several DM-companies in Norway (CDG Sandberg) and Sweden (CDG StroedeRalton). - This improved the over all business unit's performance and made the unit be prepared for the forthcoming sales process of the entire Orkla Media group. - Operating revenues of NOK 460M and 400 employees.

- Leading department for overall strategic projects within acquisition, mergers, operational effectiveness programs and new business opportunities. - Investment handling and active board membership for Internet start-ups.

- Responsible for the Norwegian telecom & media group, account responsible for several Nordic re-engineering, transformation projects and M&A acquisitions. - Multiple projects in Nordics and Germany covering industry sectors like telecom, media & broadcasting, public sector, pulp & paper, and electronic-/process industry.
