• Implementing of a Replenishment Pull System in the Steel, Aluminium and Foaming industry and decreasing the lead time by 30% • Increasing the production and visual management with international projects e.g. Foaming Company +10% Yield / +20% Capacity on the constraint • Digital transformation with the use of MiniTab, Tableau, Igrafx (Digital Twins) • Performing value stream analyses to identify the constraint in various industries, e.g. aerospace, assembly (small series) and metal processing

• Assessing of all production sites and all level of organization (America, Mexico, Avesta, Nyby, Degerfors, Terneuzen, Krefeld, Dillenburg, Dahlerbrück) with regard to the Lean / Continuous Improvement Process • Increasing the production and visual management with international projects e.g. Avesta Performance Loss project + 10% capacity plant Dillenburg & Krefeld (60 Mio. EBIT) • Concepting & execution of workshops with team building of crossfunctional teams
