Responsible for operational Handling of externally developed and licensed games, including: Designing the department: workflows, processes, responsibilities. Strategic planning, scouting for new titles, Due diligence of external studios, handling of approval processes, Support on Gamedesign and Monetization, operational planning and handling of internal resources.

Responsible for all operational and strategic planning and development of the game Seafight and its team (20), including: team management, financial responsibility, operational responsibility, strategic and long-term planning, product design.
