My team (25) takes care of outsourced regular digital production tasks, mainly content editing, localization and publishing for major webshops. I hold P&L responsibility for the Business Unit and I act as Account Director in our client relationships. I report to the CEO and have 3 direct reports. I've been taking care of the same service & team since 2013, with my responsibilities growing gradually since then.

Established (2013) and led the growing Content Production team of Isobar Budapest. Acted as Account Director, handling (among others) the No. 2 key client of Isobar Budapest. Managed web, mobile and smart TV app development projects. Reference project: CRM & Business Intelligence platform plus various websites for Samsung Hungary. Godzi.hu (startup, now shut down) was the combination of a human-edited link directory and the Google search features.

Led the re-design and development project of the websites for Disney UK's two main premium MMORPGs: Toontown & Pirates of the Caribbean. Supported marketing activities with marketing projects (mini sites, e-mail marketing, etc.). Main responsibilities: Project management, IA & UX design for the websites, deployment management, knowledge sharing and training of new team members, process improvement

Maintained Disney premium products, with focus gradually shifting from repetitive content production to website development projects and production tasks supporting the marketing initiatives for online multiplayer games. Main tasks: scheduling and coordination of multimedia, game content, editorial and graphical asset production/localization, publishing via CMS, creation of mini sites, running e-mail campaigns, website updates
