FMTG Group is a 360 degree tourism organization covering the entire touristic value chain from developing hotels, serviced apartments, camping sites and mixed use real estate to their operative management. As the Managing Director Finance of FMTG Services GmbH I am mainly responsible for all finance related matters of the organizations hotel division covering about 30 mainly owned and leased hotels, residences and camping sites in 7 countries in Europe. I am a strong believer in lifelong learning and as such continuously develop my skill set. I also strongly believe in empowering and developing people. Having the right people in the right place in my opinion is a prerequisite for a successful, sustainable and efficient organization.
