For over 15 years, I have dedicated myself to providing high-quality recruiting services for the pharmaceutical, biotech, med-tech, and medical diagnostic industries in Europe, with a particular focus on positions based in Germany. My passion and commitment to this work have allowed me to build lasting connections with clients and candidates alike. By deeply understanding our customers' needs and connecting them with people who share their values and culture, I help create long-lasting relationships that go beyond a six-month placement. My career in this field has spanned many roles, including Managing Partner for the Permanent Placement Unit at Optares Medical from January 2016 until December 2021. During this time, I was part of the spin-off Optares Medical GmbH & Co.KG (2016), which merged back into Optares GmbH & Co.KG in January 2022. Prior to this, I served as a Partner in the Spin-Off Optares ICM GmbH & Co.KG, as well as Teamlead for the Medical Department.
