With more than 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and LifeScience Industry I've decided for myself that I want to do more purposeful work to help improve the corporate worlds values and decisions. I personally think that it is really a pity what Gallup (and other) studies show with Employee Engagement scores at best around 30-40% and many many people actively disenganged and therefore frustrated with their jobs. One, it is really a personal tragedy for these people - they simply waste their life and life time! Two, it is a catastrophe for any company - they waste their resource, money and potential for more innovation and better products! Sharing this purpose with other individuals we've decided to start our own company.
