• Project Portfolio Management: Management of the global project portfolio with focus on IT and finance projects • Close collaboration with top management respectively company owners; direct reporting to them • Regular presentations of the project portfolio and its progress in front of the project steering committee • Working in an international environment including regular assignments in overseas • Definition, development and implementation of a project management standard

• Company Analysis: Examination of several corporations out of different industries with regards to Capital Structure, Cash Conversion Cycle and DuPont figures; setting up a dynamic Excel model that is directly linked to the Bloomberg Database • Working on pitch books and attending client meetings (e.g.: Walmart, Mastercard and Oracle) • Research on Share Buyback Programs and their effect on the stock price

Mr. Lukannek is responsible for the global introduction of a new forwarding system. Due to this obligation he spent several months in Belgium, Denmark, France, England, Germany, the Netherlands and India analyzing processes and implementing new standards: •Planning the software introduction •Analyzing internal processes, interviewing employees and respecting special challenges •Discussion of requirements within the team •Consulting & Trainings •Liaison between the IT department and other departments

Rotational trainee program: • Going through several departments, such as: Operations, Controlling, Customer Service and Sales • Project: Surveillance of loading special equipment and heavy weight cargo on board of vessel

Summer School: International Taxation, Project Management and Chinese language course. Furthermore practical excursions to Hapag-Lloyd, the Otto Group, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and Volkswagen Shanghai have been made.

Dual Bachelor's degree: Obtaining the Bachelor of Arts in Logistics Management from Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA) and the German apprenticeship certificate in Logistics and Forwarding from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
