• Assistance in the analysis of non-performing loans in the ship financing sector in course of a portfolio transaction • Analysis of the German banking sector with focus on the estimation of NPL-volumes and the consideration of industry-specific portfolio transactions • Participation in a financial due diligence in the financial services sector based on individual companies' balance sheets as well as income statements

• Supervision of selected target clients • Assistance in structuring processes and negotiation operations of contractual documents in collaboration with the particular product departments • Research operations with respect to the preparation of meetings with clients and prospective projects • Assistance in the acquisition of new business relations for future collaboration
