Recruiter and Account Manager HireMinds is a boutique, executive search firm with offices in Cambridge, MA, New York City, and San Francisco, CA. I specialized in software engineering and design roles, but HireMinds also has focus areas in biotechnology/life sciences, marketing, and creative.

Target is widely regarded as one of the best leadership development companies in its space. As an in store leader I managed 4 direct reports who oversaw a 70 member team. I was also responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates at multiple levels throughout the organization. I then personally trained new in role Executive Team Leaders and Executive Interns by creating and executing unique learning plans for each trainee based on personal and business needs.
