- Responsible for recruiting process of different types of positions mainly within IT - from entry level to senior (Tier 3) and managerial level, using advanced internet searching techniques. - Responsible for talent acquisition activities such as presentations at job fairs, Universities and programs for students. - Managing high volume hiring projects - Actively involved in training of new colleagues and as well in organizing of assessment centers. I was a part of IBM project team. Responsible for recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, testing, negotiation) for IT related positions in IBM. Besides recruiting I was also involved in several projects for other IT companies and as well in training of new colleagues.

- Full responsibility for recruiting process for various clients and position levels, including searching and interviews. - Assistance with studies and surveys in various fields of industry (such as media, retail, production). Responsibility for searching, gaining, processing and evaluation of informations. Creating Power Point presentations.
