Development of "Ilastik", an interactive image classification and segmentation tool, as well as its web version with a WebGL voxel annotation tool for 3D datasets using Typescript and GLSL. Heavy compute ran in a distributed fashion, spread across multiple HPC nodes communicating over MPI. Development of a file parsing library in Rust for Linux, Windows, Mac, Wasm, as well as an immediate-mode GUI application to inspect and build such files complying with the "bioimage.io" AI model specification.

- Discussed and developed architecture of new backend server application using PHP and SQL; - Integrated third party solutions through scalable and maintainable middleware using Amazon AWS Queues (SQS) and Lambdas; - Evaluated and benchmarked third party solutions with different vendors; - Researched and developed indexing infrastructure prototype for searching and recommending store products to customers using Solr and Elastic Search.

- Develop bootable Linux image with hardware diagnostics suite. - Improve and add new functionality to software building process; - Research and develop hardware diagnostics in UEFI; - Development of hardware diagnostics suite for Windows environments, using C++ and Qt on the backend and web technologies on the frontend; - Maintaining python wrapper for C++ library; - Development of Openstack storage and compute drivers.
