Work with Privacy and Compliance for engineering and product teams to understand needs, highlight requirements, ensure identification and prioritization of work items.

Working to enable highly scalable and secure healthcare system integrations working closely with customers and software partners along with various internal stakeholders in the EMEA region helping to build, deploy and support healthcare data integrations. Important part of the function is to motivate and lead internal and vendor teams, and work as a liaison between the commercial and technology groups, as well as serve as the technical contact for integration projects for partners and customers.

Responsible for on-site support to our customers coordinating our Field Service Engineer efforts when handling complex projects and providing dedicated DICOM and device-specific training's. Providing IT Technical trainings to our Field Engineers for all IT Software Products, and some Devices manufactured by Zeiss Meditec, and also providing basic DICOM, HL7 and Integration trainings, in our Munich's Headquarter and on site (USA, Asia, Australia).

Schwerpunkt des Stellenprofils ist der Support unserer Kunden und Vertreiber innerhalb der gesamten EMEA Region und die Installation unserer medizinischen Software (DICOM Bild- und Reports-Archivierungssystem) vor Ort; sowie die Schnittstellen-Verwaltung zwischen verschieden DICOM-Archiven (PACS) und ImageVault (DICOM U/S Bildarchivierungsprogramm)
