- Initiated and managed the European wide program launch to persuade and enable SAP resellers to upgrade their SAP software to the latest system release ECC 6.0 - Actively defined a value proposition, established an upgrade methodology and formed an operational action plan to start the initiation of the upgrade projects at all relevant SAP resellers in Europe - Trained local responsible SAP staff and project managers at resellers to apply the upgrade methodology - Closely monitored progress

- Acted as the implementation manager and drove the planning and execution of scope, time, test, change, custom development, data and cost management of all project deliverables - Initiated and conducted the entire cutover management and the transition to the post go-live phase - Took the role of the Quality and Risk Manager to assure early risk mitigation - Frequently presented reports to the Iranian steering committee and informed internal and external stakeholders about the project status

- Single point of contact to Nestlé Netherlands's local management team in project planning, execution and monitoring related matters - Introduced and executed Nestlé’s project implementation methodology called “Method of Implementing GLOBE - MIG” - Introduced quality gates at the end of each phase and actively demonstrated risk management during the entire project life cycle - Reported progress and issues to all stakeholders

- Introduced an entire Data Management methodology to cleans, archive and migrate data from legacy systems to the future SAP environment - Personally tracked and directed the data collection process within the entire Russian company units such as factories, distribution centers and the head office - Developed and coordinated several data quality checks to gradually improve data quality and accuracy - Planned and led the cutover activities to assure a seamless transition to the live environment

- Developed and introduced a testing methodology for all Nestlé implementation projects running across Europe - Organized and facilitated frequent knowledge transfer workshops on-site to introduce the testing methodology to local project managers - Led and instructed the local Test Managers during entire test phases of the project implementations

- Acted as a guardian of Nestlé’s template solution for logistic processes and coached local implementation teams to adopt the pre-defined best practices - Introduced and explained pre-defined and standardized business processes to Nestlé’s local business owners and decision makers in the countries - Guided and coached Nestlé's manufacturing department leads and their teams through the entire project life cycle to learn how to manage the change

- Led the design and documentation of “End-to-End” business processes - Planned and monitored testing activities of 40 team members as “testing coordinator” - Acted as a ground support during two go-lives in Swiss Nestlé factories and supported end-users on daily operations

- Acted as single point of contact to collect and consolidate all type of IT requirements in eastern European Siemens headquarters in Hungary, Turkey, Poland and Russia - Played the role of a central Quality and Risk manager to overlook common threats and issues, so that early risk mitigation can be performed - Introduced state-of-the-art Siemens applications and latest policies to country CIOs with the main objective to harmonize the hardware, software landscape and business processes

- Business Applications Team Lead and Business Analyst for Logistics ; owned the design and realization of the SAP ERP Logistics functionality in the “Model Company / Siemens S-Cube” template design project (focus area: Production Planning and Material Management and Data Management)
