I led the Product Innovation team, which consists of innovation managers, product owners, and UI/UX designers responsible for market analysis to identify opportunities for Telcos, test new ideas systematically, and turn them into commercially viable products in collaboration with our customers. I was one of the founding members of the newly established Products Innovation department. I co-developed the internal innovation and new product development strategy based on Lean Startup and Design Thinking. I co-launched a collaboration program called Joint Agile Product Development that allowed Telcos to collaborate with us as well as other partners in our ecosystem. I defined a design system to streamline collaboration between designers and developers and maintain consistency among all new products.

I worked as a freelance consultant for micro and small sized-enterprises to build new digital sales channels, improve digital marketing funnels and integrate with marketplaces. I offered various e-commerce-related services such as business model generation, digital marketing, website development, and branding.

Mempera is a member management and payment solution for NGOs in Turkey. As one of the two co-founders, I was in charge of sales, marketing, and product design.

Tinkfabrik is a start-up that turns clever product ideas that bring solutions to our daily problems into actual products via crowdsourcing and crowdfunding. As one of the two founders, I was mainly responsible for production, technology, and digital marketing.
