In charge of translation of the company's full website into French

I provide training and communication instruction in English, French, and Portuguese. The curriculum includes Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as business, conversational and children's language skills.

I have taught private students, groups and external companies. I have also coached business students on presentation techniques and small talk in various cultural contexts.

I was responsible for all operational aspects of the business (strategic business planning, budgets, financial targets, stocks, etc), as well as day-to-day shift management and full staff training.

I was responsible, under the General Manager, for the operational running of the pub (business, budgets, stocks, back office), as well as full training of all bar staff and all aspects of day-to-day shift running.

I was responsible for running shifts, doing daily accounting tasks and overall bar team training.
