Currently working as Scrum Master in a scaled agile project (using Safe framework), with round about 200 people working to build a Solution of a critical and important System of the company. I am focused on the mobile area (apps and middleware) using the state-of-the-art technologies and processes.

Development in an Android-JEE Project: 1.-Android and JEE development. IDE: Android Studio & Eclipse 2.-Automated Testing: mockito, junit, JMockit, Roboelectric,... 3.-External Tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira,... Coordination of a Support group for Java developers: 1.-Planning of Roadmap and controlling against the planned tasks and organization 2.-Participation in workshops for evaluation of new tools, frameworks, plugins,.. 3.-Our group mantains Nexus and JRebel servers.

In charged of the Development deparment with around 30 people. Communication of the evolution of projects to the management Management of members of the teams (holidays, availability, planning inside projects,...) in agile environment
