I was responsible for listing and prioritize the products' backlog and also maintain the quality expected by the customer, for that I took part in every step of the product development. Before every change we had some meetings with the technical team to make sure that all the needs was understood. After the technical area deliver the changes I had to test it and help the customer with the homologation and create/update the user guide and the product specification.

I worked in the team responsible for software maintenance, I was responsible for software requirements, user guides and documentation in general. The tasks' prioritization, tests, homologation, deploy and third level support were also part of my job. Besides that I helped developers to improve the database queries and some small improvements in the product.

A BSI é a third party of Itaú. Main Functions: Make mapping, documentations, users’s manual, support third level, functional analysis, small queries, tests and homologation of project, estimated times, negotiation with the customer and training. WX7 is a company focused in e-commerce. Main Functions: Keeping,criation and development of e-comerce pages with C#, VB6, ASP, SQL and Oracle Main Clients: Guia Católico, YouBook, Sleep House.

Atento is a Call Center. In Atento I development Web and Desktop Softwares. Main Languages: C#, VB6, SQL, Oracle, ASP. Main Clients: Atento, Vivo, McDonalts, Telefônica.
