• Responsible for business configuration for telecom operators using Ericsson BSS products • Handling Change Management Process for Business configuration – Initiation of request, Approval by CAB, Implementation & Validation, Review, Request Closure • Rich customer exposure in service delivery and project handling • Customer co-ordination & requirement collection from marketing and sales team and mapping the same into business configurations.
