Responsible for shaping the user experience of helpLine and incorporating UX design in the software development process of the whole PMCS Software Group.

Creation of wireframes and functional designs for several intranet sites of the Royal Bank of Scotland. Gave several training session to RBS employees about content management and site creation with IBM Web Content Manager and WebSphere Portal. Latest projects included the creation of responsive designs for mobile devices.

Responsible for the functional design of existing and new online products and services for the logistic processes of the cargo industry. Cargonaut has an impressive track record of more than 20 years in developing solutions for exchanging information in the (air)freight industry. The goal is to create chain-wide solutions for airline companies, forwarding agents, ground handlers, truckers and shippers, as well as customs and other government institutions.

- Responsible for the redesign of the back office processes of an online application. Robidus launched a new online HR management tool for its clients. - Analyzed the back office processes, proposed redesigns for efficiency and implemented the process changes.

- Responsible for designing the user interface as well as the interaction model for a webservice. - Gave a workshop on how to get from a general idea to functional specifications. - Inspected the user interface of the VBridge web service on usability.

- Project leader, analysis and implementation of business processes for Dienst Binnenwaterbeheer. Responsible for the projectmanagement using the Prince2 project management methodology. - Usability analysis and design of digital forms and services.

- Functional design and management of a daywage calculation application for the unemployed based on rules derived from dutch law. - Project leader implementation data integration. Dutch governmental organizations had to share their information to provide a better customer experience. - Proces analyzation and procedure development for authorization management in order to be compliant with the new SOx legislation.

- Responsible for organizing the biyearly conference - www.thewebandbeyond.nl for Chi-nederland. Chi-nederland is the Dutch chapter of the ACM special interest group 'human computer interaction' - www.chi-nederland.nl. - Operations manager, leading a team of volunteers, responsible for location, facilities, registration and student volunteers.

Taught several courses and developed key teaching materials. The course included HTML, Dreamweaver and the functional design and maintenance of websites.
