My role is to carry out research, create programs and increase marketing for the events that I work on. The Operation part of my job is about performance, financial management, strategic planning, marketing resource, and skills assessment and management.

* Plan, develop and implement cost effective, targeted marketing campaigns for conferences * Manage budgets and ensure that spend is allocated in the correct places to maximise ROI * Reporting and analysis of campaign results to demonstrate ROI * Producing cost effective, highly targeted marketing plans * Ensuring all activity goes at the planned time and deadlines are strictly met

During my time at BP I was involved in developing marketing campaigns that promote BP Services. The role included planning, advertising, public relations, organising events, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
