• Monitor and detect online frauds – constantly check for new fraud trends • Handling issues related to phishing sites, malware site and spam complaints • Removal of phishing and malware contents through SSH • Removal of iframe contents and hacked scripts through SSH • Handling various complaints received from third parties • Other tasks include Domain Analysis, Domain review, Signup confirmation, Server load issues and server space usage

• Providing support to customers of our client • Troubleshooting customer complaints and provide resolution via client site • Remote Login support to the customers

• Handling of E-Commerce Job • Review different shopping websites and extract desired Information • Compare the extracted information with the original content available on internal tool • Transferring the data to the clients server

• Monitoring online transactions of our client • Monitor to prevent possible fraud transaction • Preventing third party access to internal account • Review transactions to identify new fraud trends
