- Managing the shared services accounting team for Asia-Pacific subsidiary and its 8 branches - Supervising accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, preparation of monthly financial reports, balancing ledgers and reconciling accounts for 9 entities - Month End Close, Financial Analysis, Financial Statements, Audit packs, Oracle Reporting Packs, Adhoc Reporting - Process improvements for accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accruals

- Implementing of internal control framework as per SOX/SEBI certification process within the company across all entities (India as well as subsidiaries) - Reviewing and studying the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCRP) and formulation of matrix, process within organization - Undertake business reviews/audit - Understanding and assessing risk profile of processes followed across locations in various groups - Engage senior level, understand ongoing risks and implement risk mitigation measures

- Expertise in financial and business analysis, variance analysis, presentation of financials for Earnings Call, Financials Press Release, Financials disclosure to Stock Exchange - Compilation and review of presentations to Audit Committee, Board Meetings, Analyst Meetings - Compilation of Management Discussion Reports and Directors Report for Annual Report - Core finance team in drafting prospectus for the IPO procedure - reviews and reports to analysts, auditors, due diligence with lawyers
