I am formulating the near and longer-term business & product strategy for China mainland and APAC market. I am working closely with Telenav Automotive leadership team to define the product roadmap to deliver best-in-class navigation and cloud services. Head of project management, part of global Project Management Office (PMO), I am leading a team a top class of project leaders to deliver our customers the best products in respect of quality, schedule and cost targets by following agile methodology.

Definition of Connected Services Business Strategy roadmap: my mission was to achieve a seamless integration of consumer electronics fast trends inside future vehicles. - Definition of Connected Services for Chinese “Digital natives” customers, - Set up an open Innovation lab to identify opportunities from disruptive industries - Identifying profitable business model and partnership with Contend providers, Telecom and Internet players and start-up to generate new revenue streams.

Setting up from scratch new Infotainment & Telematics program and a team fully dedicated to local Chinese market. I managed this program from the product strategy phase till the final launch of connected services brands: Peugeot Blue-i, Citroën-Connect and DS-Connect. I have led a local R&D team of 20 Engineers and suppliers for $20M budget to support the development of touch screen navigation system, embedded 3G connectivity Tbox, IT infrastructure solution and connected services offer.

Time to market project: ELECTRIC VEHICLE in cooperation with MITSUBISHI. Conduct and control of internal teams and budget. Vehicle Adaptation to European standards and consumer market, adaptation of the PSA Telematics platform to launch EV dedicated connected services.

Small competitive car in cooperation with Toyota. Lead cost to market project, control internal teams and budget to deliver product requirements. Adaptation of PSA engine in Toyota’s technical architecture. Study of an integrated Electronic architecture to guide choices in a way to decrease cost and increase scalability. Sourcing & consolidation of equipment's cost synthesis with purchasing department to ensure Vehicle profitability.

Hybrid - Electric - Diesel - Vehicle project In charge of the synthesis and development of connectors and cables (300V) and the adaptation of telematics components to Hybrid vehicle specificities. Steering of technical synchronization, schedules, developments and management of teams involved. Conducting schematics review and hazardous electric short-circuit assessment.

Cross Platform Project: Telematics, Multimedia & Displays Responsible for achieving quality objectives, KPI and monitoring the actions needed: -Defining the Quality reference manual of the department, -Monitoring development dashboard of embedded navigation & Telematics systems. -Set-up project risk management policy, handling of emergency & critical cases, Regular meetings with PSA Corporate quality department at projects milestones. Management of four junior quality leaders.

Light utility vehicle project - Peugeot Parner / Citroën Berlingo Quality Leader for Electrical & Electronics dpt. Definition of quality targets of the project. Launch of RFQ, auditing, analysis and suppliers selection.
