My role was as an SAP CRM Analyst with Centrica Plc, where I worked on SAP CRM 7.1, carrying out Web UI developments using ABAP Objects, BOL and GENIL layer. The projects worked on include Customer data management and Service Request Management in SAP CRM 7.0 / SAP-ISU. The projects are part of a large business transformation programme called Catalyst, and I worked on the 'Siebel Replacement' aspect of the project.

As technical consultant, was involved in technical design and ABAP / ABAP OO/BSP development. Various projects done: - Setting up web interaction centre for C&G customer relations team & ILM. - Sales force team processes moved from legacy system to PCUI. - Enhancing the existing Internet Sales CRM solution to add new e-selling products. - Developments in areas of IC Winclient, Actions and Smartforms for Activity Management for ILM, a sister concern of City and Guilds.

Primary responsibilities were technical design and ABAP / ABAP OO development. Various projects done: - IC WebClient 5.0 rollout to Trafford councilors. - Upgrade project – from mySAPCRM 4.0 to 5.0. - IC WinClient framework for the Environmental Services department. - Change of Address- integration with 3rd party address management tools. Programmed in ABAP and VB.NET.
