Duties: - Checking if the features or desired outcomes correspond to the goals of the project - Helping with requirement engineering by creating and maintaining requirements - Helping maintaining the backlog and preparing the next sprint - Clarifying questions that arise in the team - Adjusting features/outcomes and priority as needed - Accepting or rejects work results - Facilitating Scrum Planning ceremony

Work for NZZ project. - Team resources optimization - Code Review - Code architecture - Release planning - Applications deployment - Candidates technical interviewing Here I achieved and continue to achieve most knowledge I have. Here I learned how to handle git branches, how helpful frameworks are (symfony2), how varnish works. And also, how important smart planning, smart PO and smart SM are. We face a lot of challenges every day here.

- SEO optimization - UNIX/Apache administration - Code integration into different popular or self-written CMS - .htaccess redirection and rules rewriting - robots.txt organization Working at this project I achieved experience of remote work. It was almost one year of remote work. I found out that it is hard to work without a feeling of team presence. Summary is - good planning can compensate lack of personal collisions.

- PHP-based games development When I came to this project - it had terrible code architecture. Just imagine - plain PHP function with 2500+ lines of code (including duplication, redundant checks and so on). Also, during one page load there were almost 40 connections to DB created (for one user!). I was surprised how they survived beta-testing. Anyway, it was a lot of work to do. I achieved good experience with code optimization.
