Vitaly Lipskiy

I'm cross area experienced software engineer with a strong interest in developing software in Scala and in a functional programming style. I have strong sense of responsibility of project goals and are eager to contribute from the first day. I have worked successfully with product teams in the past and have some experience with mentoring junior developers and glad to knowlege transfer and knowlege receiving. I have a desire to work with modern technologies, however I understand of necessity to support old products as well. My passion is always aspired to work more efficiently, prioritise workloads, and meet critical project deadlines. Always enjoyed being challenged and view failures as a chance to learn.
