Isoluciones, S.A. is a start-up company focused on small and medium-sized companies that are already certified or that would like to get certified in ISO 9001:2008. We offer them a software solution. As start-up company I am in charge of the entire set-up, organization, publicity, sales, customer service, accounting and finance. I have a team of developers for the software. That is actually the only thing I am not doing on my own. We launch in January 2013.

I am responsible for the entire operation of Reptec, S.A. My core activities are devided in 4 areas: Sales, Finance, internal processes and quality management. Sales: sales strategy and measurment of results supporting the entire sales team. Finance: Development and presentation of the company´s results, cash flow, profit center and balance Internal processes: reengineering of the entire company, process optimization in sales, logistics, human resources Quality Management: Implementation ISO 9001:2008

My responsibilities are on the one hand the entire administration of Officient (accounting, payroll, organization, control of the different profit centers) on the other hand also negotiation with the clients, generate new clients and sales plans and strategies. As Human Resources Manager I am responsible for the internal HR, career plan for our employees and the motivation of our employees. It is difficult to hire the right candidate, but a lot more difficult to keep them.
