Work as Chief Technology Planning Officer with the Technology Planning Team of Haval, GWM. Currently as Expat in China, Baoding, I introduce Technology Planning Evaluation Process for Haval, GWM. Further I direct the powertrain technology strategy (e-mobility, hybrid, ICE) and advise the teams of powertrain development (ICE, EV, Hybrid) as well as Safety, Connectivity and Intelligent Vehicle departments. Further I am in charge to evaluate the vehicle and powertrain strategy for the US and EU market.

In charge of engineering power-electronics for hybrids and e-axles I worked in USA and Germany. Restructured the teams globally and introduced DD network. Design and development of the entire Hella Electronic Portfolio for the region North and South America. Product portfolio covers all kinds of sensors and actuators for PT, engine, body and chassis. Team in Mexico and USA covers all eng. domains. Cover all Advanced engineering activities in the region with focus on AV. Developed new RD organization. Introduced methods (Agile Development, DFSS). Introduced System Engineering as new discipline. Became Global responsibility center for some products.

Head of global Engine Control business GM Gasoline Programs and Director of program management NAFTA region (Chrysler, Ford, GM and CV market). In charge to develop and manage the business with GM globally in the product segment Engine Controller. Leader of all program manager Gasoline and Diesel for region NAFTA.

I was responsible to design, create and implement a powerful and effective Technology and Market Strategy for Diesel Engine Control Systems for all WW markets. I directed an international team to create this new business strategy during my transfer to the United States of America. This short special assignment offered me a huge opportunity to develop business plans and technology roadmaps.

System Controls is a main department of BU Engine Systems. Its aim is the development of control functionality for technology platforms as Diesel or Gasoline Engines of different market segments. As Director I lead and manage 560 development engineers world wide. Automotive Business; This subsidiary of AVL List GmbH, Graz, was founded in July 2008. The aim of this start-up was to establish business in the area of function and software development for Engine, Transmission, Powertrain and Battery Controller. As member of the management board I was responsible for Processes and Development Methods, Function Safety for the products and to grow the business with Customers in Korea, Italy and SW Germany

As Director of Customer Segment I was responsible for Project Management, Sales and Business Development in the area of Engine Controllers for one specific customer.

As System Project Manager I was responsible to manage a project of system development for an engine controller. The tasks cover project management, customer relation, functional head of the development team.

Group Manager of an international team in the area of function/software development for Diesel and Gasoline engine control systems.

Group manger "Technical Support" of development of intake systems for combustion engines: CAD, CAx, product verification and validation.
