- Lead the client (Mars Wrigley and Mars Chocolate) cross-functional teams, in-house designers and agencies through the Packaging & Design Commercialization process to ensure branding communication, accurate content and print quality - Track and monitor product launches and pack changes project progress through online project management platform Dragonfly and Yellofin - Construct and implement way of working for new business sector and bring new team members on board

- Cooperate with over 15 different brand representatives to increase company competitiveness and achieve sales target - Plan and control marketing strategies for health, beauty and writing system products - Lead a team of 10 colleagues and ensure excellent customer experience - Provide regular product training to existing and new colleagues - Oversee store operations such as visual merchandising planning, inventory control, staff schedule

- Translate tour descriptions from English to traditional and simplified Chinese

-Provide local and international customers with professional service and product information, in order to achieve daily sales target and reinforce the brand image - Assist store operation such as customer repair service, inventory management and visual merchandising

- Plan and coordinate events (100-2000 participants) including forums, exhibitions and incentive trips in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan to raise the brand and products awareness - Develop promotion campaigns and new product launch plans - Analyze sales data and provide sales forecast for headquarter production planning - Ensure the product information correctness and consistency for the personal care and nutritional supplement among all company materials

- Coordinate with customers, shipping forwarders and internal departments on customer enquiries, sales order, logistics and after sales services - Support marketing manager in developing business plan for the thermo control market - Explore new business opportunities by participating in oversea trade fairs such as Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (Milan), AHR Expo (Las Vegas), ISH (Frankfurt)
