Oversaw regional performance of drilling and well construction division, seizing 30%+ revenue growth and increasing EBIT from 8% to 26%. Directed new product introduction, including drilling and casing products, and established integrated business approach for deep water, unconventional, EOR, and underbalanced drilling products. Launched strategic JVs in Malaysia and China as well as built alliances with local competitors to extend position with key customers and optimize technology capabilities.
