Pre-Sales Solution Engineer Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers on severals technologies. We propose a large product portfolio: NICs, Media-Converters, Switch Layer 2, Switch Layer 3 +, Router, NSP products and WLAN.

- Lead the technical support on xDSL products during the lab trial and rollout. - Close liaison with Belgium 3LS support and R&D. Provide problem and support status tracking, including weekly summary reporting. - Follow up the trouble ticket resolution. - Participating in new product trials and assist the customer in the introduction of new products: - the mini DSLAM products at the remote sites, - the VDSL2 and metallic line termination test detection feature. - Network management system upgrades.

Lead the roll out and operational activities of the DWDM National Backbone network and terrestrial interconnection of the GLO1 submarine cable in Lagos. - Manage associated projects as technical support, traffic migration strategy, support and technical guidance for pre-sales offers in term of evolution of the transmission network: - Network engineering to serve capacity demand of GLOBACOM (high level and low level design, network architecture, DCN and synchronization plan, equipment configuration, upgrad

- In charge of the synchronization network reconfiguration after the completion of audit, - Implement a data base directly interfaced with 2G/3G and ATM clients to define the KPIs and monitor the quality of service of the synchronization network. _ 90% of the synchronization anomalies were corrected (5000 SDH nodes) _ Participate in the working group meetings. Support engineering team to check the technical feasibility to introduce synchronization over Ethernet (Protocol SyncE and 1588.V2)
