As global key account manager, I'm responsible to keep my customer and partner, a global service provider, happy on a daily basis. Providing strategic and tailor made SaaS solutions, within the world of CAFM/IWMS software. On top, we provide innovative IoT solutions (www.COBUNDU.com), to make their facilities, workplace and real estate smart.
As product manager, I am the end responsible for MCS real estate. This entails setting out the global vision and strategy (build or partner). On a daily basis this means, supporting sales and marketing in giving demos, making proposals, market research and writing content. Secondly, inspiring functional analysts and developers to turn product vision into reality. This role holds 20-30% of managing and coaching colleagues. Trainings: Communication in project management, Business writing, Personal leadership.
I was responsible for the implementation of the MCS real estate solution. This is managing an implementation project of a B2B real estate software, on regional, international (Australia, South-Africa, …) but also global (multi-country) level. This was an E-2-E task: from setting operational and strategic KPIs and business expectations, not only with BPOs but also C-level, to project go-live. This role enriched me in soft skills, maintaining scope, budgets and milestones in a structured way.
