Financial Controller responsible to oversee the financial performance of the company goes well as per plan (budget). Ensure deviations from budget are allowed as per budget procedures and practical reality at the ground and informing of the deviations in time to all concerned superior officials. Main objective is to ensuring that the working capital of the company is well managed.

Managing the financial resources of the company in that my duty is to perform financial need planning based on planned operations and getting approval of the financial plan by the Board to demarcate authority and scope. Then ensure spending and income transactions are captured and entered into the accounting system to enable different level of information needs are processed. Payable are paid as per credit terms and receivables are collected as per credit terms.

Managing the revenue and cost of the transportation business. Ensuring all orders for transport services were supported by contractual agreements where essential terms such as the rate per Quintal per kilometer, liabilities for damages of goods transported and liability for less/ or over delivery of goods and other legal issues are included. My main job was to analyze the revenue and cost per operation and customer and provide information for decision making.
