Quandoo is a Marketplace for Restaurants that connects restaurants with diners. It helps restaurants gain more visibility through its marketplace and networks, enabling restaurants to reach more diners. Meanwhile, it helps diners discover new restaurants. I am sitting at B2B product realm, leading and building a new restaurant reservation management system, including web and mobile applications, to help our restaurant partners to manage their reservations and restaurant operations more effectively.
SumUp is a global financial technology company that aims to empower small and medium-sized merchants by offering an easy and affordable way to accept payments through their key products and services. I served in the Online Payments tribe with a focus on extending SumUp’s Online Payments coverage by integrating Alternative Payment Methods. And successfully integrated Sofort, iDeal, and Bancontact into the payment platform from 0 to 1, contributing to 60% of the total online transactions.
omni:us is an AI and Machine Learning company specialising in providing solutions for the insurance industry. omni:us leverages AI to streamline and optimise insurance processes on claims management and document processing through NLP and OCR. I led a cross-functional team to develop the 1st AI-powered product, 'Understanding Forms,' from 0 to 1, and enabled data extraction from forms through Handwritten Text Recognition (HTR) machine learning model, successfully reducing human processing costs by 35%.

FIME is a company that specializes in testing, certification, and consultancy services for secure electronic transactions. They operate globally and focus on ensuring the reliability and security of payment systems, smart cards, and related payment products. I served as a customer-facing Project manager, managing various EMV payment schemes L2 kernel software development projects for global PoS vendors in parallel, ensuring that projects were completed in accordance with project management principles.
Evaluated product’s position in the market and defined product’s quality goal with global product marketing team to plan ‘User Trial Program’ to drive product’s overall quality throughout the product development life cycle.
Planned and guided end-to-end testing around SaaS products between mobile device, web and AWS S3 from SPECs review, test plan design, resource planning to test scheduling following Agile with scrum.
Led up to 27 team members across IBM Beijing and Taipei offices as a test lead and coordinated software globalization testing across functionality, globalization and translation around IBM enterprise applications.
