Complete Order to Cash process was developed, considering systems, head counts, procedures, and other resources for a correct spin off from Baxter • Processes implemen- tation in all the affiliates along LATAM region, supporting biddings to select the 3PLs, providing savings that represented 40% versus operation managed by Baxter.

A correct structure and operational model for vaccines distribution was designed in order to fulfill government institutions requirements, assuring annual sales for 260 Mio EUR reducing 100% of penalties on government tenders • Solid S&OP process was implemented allowing increase the forecast accuracy • Design and implement a 3PL operation considering Good Distribution Practices, improving operation and obtaining savings of 30% versus prior years.

Startup was defined for Mexican Affiliate in supply Chain, ensuring and coordinating 14 successful products launches during one year in Mexico and Latin America • Order to cash for Mexico and Latin America was created.

Developed and implemented IMMEX program adherence to customs law • C TPAT certification obtained • Processes improved to ensure the proper in adherence to customs law • CTPAT certification obtained in 8 months allowing to reduce export road timelines from 9 to 5 days USA and CAN • Importation of API, finished product, machinery and row material coming from 7 sources mainly and exporting to 52 countries fulfilling different regulations.
