I work on some different projects in Talent Bridge Company. there are some of my responsibilities here: Communication with the clients and documentation of the project definition and scope. Preparing product road maps and product backlog and keeping them updated. Holding sessions with the team in order to make the tasks well defined and explain all the scenarios. Give demos to the clients continuously and gather their feedbacks, analyze them with the team and make a plan on them for future sprints.

Bamilo used to be an E-commerce marketplace start-up in Iran and I had a chance to work with a professional product team. I was Product Owner of mobile application team and these were some of my responsibilities: - Holding sessions with the development and gathering all of the ideas to have a team work and make decision with one another. - Managing the product backlog and collaborating with the other product team members.

I worked as a Product Manager/Owner in NetBarg.com, the most popular daily deals website in Iran. I was responsible for customer's needs which included B2B and B2C websites and mobile applications. We tried to have regular releases based on the roadmap and follow the release plan for all of the teams. I also worked with stakeholders such as marketing, CS, commercial and Finance departments to touch the business's needs and deliver features to them in on their own platforms.

I worked at Sefryek Company for almost 2 years and started as a trainer in system analysis position. Working on UML documents and providing some mock-ups and prototypes for the products, were some parts of my job. We published applications like mobile banking apps, bourse technical analytics and trends apps and so on. I then got promoted to the scrum master position there. We started practicing scrum and agile methodology with teams.
