 Developed and Designed detailed Sheet metal and Machined Parts of door, Cargo lining structure components, including frames and structural brackets, to ensure Manufacturability.  Created comprehensive 3D and 2D CAD models using CATIA,AIRBUS TREND and ENOVIA VPM, ensuring accuracy in Design as per RSDP Document Manual of Airbus.  Assigning the material, weight, details of the created parts in PDA tool PASS-SSCI.  Worked on Full-3D activities of Cargo Lining Design solutions using CATIA FTA workbench.

Worked in DFM project for Airbus 350 freighter secondary structure and bracket design using sheet metal workbench in Catia V5. Maintaining the sheet metal standard as per Airbus standards and methodology. Selecting and creating new fasteners for the structural parts as per the Assembly requirements. Creating 2D drawings, BOM and Engineering change note (ECN)for the completed Design solutions. Assigning the material, weight,details of the created parts in PDA tool PASS-SSI.

• Review of the "Requests for design rework" (RDR) • Review of the "Equipment Change Order" (ECO) • Analysis of the CTBI in previous work orders and preparation of the required CTBI based on the "Delta 2 Baseline “ • Initiation of corrections of incorrect RDRs or ECOs by the responsible engineering department. • Conversion of the individual work plans into the corresponding work orders. • Migration of Standard Operational Instruction for AIRBUS A330 Aircraft using SAP PDA taking the old .

AIRBUS A350XWB-900/1000 series Structural Design The Scope of the project is to design primary and secondary structures (Clip, Cleat, Splice,Brackets etc.)3D CAD Parts, 2D drawingS after the prior approval from stress. AIRBUS A350 XWB Fuselage Structural Concessions Structural MAP concessions raised due to the cause of manufacturing errors (for ex Interface point not respected which affects the other ATA chapters, flaking of composite fibers,ECF damages etc) at the various assembly process.

Digital Mockup (DMU): Performed the DMU for Line Replaceable Unit and aircraft layouts, generated the clash report and coordinated with different groups. Modification of LCA TEJAS rudder actuator fairing(surfacing): Input surface was with discontinuity; surface smoothening was performed on actuator fairing without disturbing the profile. Was solely responsible for obtaining the continuous surface using GSD workench.
