I am a senior technical support specialist with a bachelors degree in information technology technology and a certification in Summit ITSM, a cloud based IT service management tool.I am passionate about troubleshooting complex technical issues, improving software, usability and functionality and delivering exceptional service to our clients. In my current role, I collaborate with cross functional teams including developers and product managers to identify and resolve customer problems using ITSM tool such as Symphny Summit, Zendesk. I also develop develop and maintain technical documentation, conduct training session and participate in product testing and feedback. I have acquired skill in system management, incident management and problem-solving and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practises. I also have a skill in German which helps me communicate with our international clients and partners.
