• Investigating the in-process failures, OOS, OOT, product complaints and equipment malfunctions • Identifying the root cause using tools like Why-Why analysis, fish bone etc • Initiation of change controls, planned deviations and follow up actions

• Executing the production plan as per customer requirements and completing within the targeted time • Reviewing of batch and cleaning records with respect to GDP • Handling of equipments (Reactors, Centrifuges, Driers, Sifters, Multi mill, Jet mill, Blenders etc) with proper safety precautions

 Worked as a senior executive in Micro Labs from February 2012 to February 2015.  Handling trail batches, conducting validation batches in pilot plant and kilo lab.  Preparing deviation reports, involving in batch failure investigation.  Interacting with R&D for troubleshooting.

 Chemicals handling following MSDS with proper PPE's.  Handling different types of equipments like SSR, GLR, Nauta mixture, Centrifuge, Driers, Blenders, Sifters, Micronizer, Multimill etc.  Performing production planning by following GMP, CGMP rules and reaching the monthly target.  Following SOP’s and writing online documents, good clean room practices etc.
