LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam Archived to create and implement BIM Documentation (EIR, BEP, CDE, TIDP & MIDP) throughout the project. Also, maintain consistent and quality deliverables with coordination from the concept to the construction phase. BIM model Management in ACC, IFC, BCF, weekly Coordination, and federating model within Autodesk Construction cloud were some of my major tasks. Transmittals, issues management, Quantification, and Construction management within DALUX were my add-on responsibilities.

BIM Manager to act as a bridge between the SWECO EU team and the Vietnam team. Understand BIM requirements on EU projects to create BIM deliverables and documentation (BEP & EIR) for execution. Responsible for BIM standards development and implementation for project BIM delivery. BIM Training, Technology R&D, Coordination, Quality Control and management for Project Information models are some of the major responsibilities.

Responsible for defining BIM Strategy, Standards, Templates, Library, and Training material for the Architecture Team. Support management with marketing content from projects and case studies. • Manage BIM documents and coordination of the project data sets/workflows daily. • Revit project setup following the instructions from the Architecture Manager. • Create and Manage the BIM Revit library. • Hold Coordination meeting for issue resolution.

• Support on-site model and coordination for architectural, structural, and MEP systems. • Participate in meetings between architects, engineers, owners, and contractors to get approval for design or routing changes during coordination. • Update models per Revisions, Bulletins, and RFI's. • Modify and export models as needed by the project team to help facilitate construction efforts and generate deliverables (CAD and PDFs) as submittals.

Analyse and encode drawings – Tiff, blueprint, CAD or scan drawings, MEP Revit model Drafting, Clash check & value engineering solution, Link and work with ReCAP model and Revit to perform Scan to BIM, Shop Drawing & CAD Drafting, Coordinate with the Leader, BOQ / Revit Schedule Calculation.
